Appointments
Appointments for this clinic are required. Standard and longer consultations are available according to clinical need. Patients may request their preferred GP, subject to availability.
Our clinic provides a range of services included, general GP care, health checks and preventative care, chronic disease management, women's health, mental health support, vaccinations and occupational and workforce health

The Darwin Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is co-located at our Eaton site and operates from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.
The Darwin Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is a separate service from the FCD Health GP Clinic.
Fees and billing
The FCD Health GP Clinic bulk bills eligible Medicare services. Some non-Medicare, occupational health, WorkCover or other private services may attract a fee. Patients will be advised of any applicable fees before care.
Services provided by external specialists, allied health providers, imaging providers or other referred services may also attract separate fees. Patients are encouraged to confirm costs directly with the preferred provider.
Results and recalls
Your clinician will explain how your test results will be followed up. Please do not assume that no contact means a result is normal. If you are expecting a result and have not received advice within the timeframe discussed with your clinician, please contact the clinic on 08 8919 8919 select option 4.
The practice also uses recall and reminder systems to support clinically important follow-up and preventive care. You may receive this notification via Hotdoc or text message.
Interpreter and communication support
Please let our reception team know if you require an interpreter, communication assistance or additional support to access your care. FCD Health can assist patients who have language, hearing, speech or other communication needs.
Accessibility
The FCD Health GP Clinic is located within the Eaton clinical facility and supports access for people with disability or mobility impairment. Please contact our reception team before your appointment if you require additional assistance.
Privacy, patient rights and feedback
Patients can access further information about privacy, patient rights and responsibilities, feedback and complaints, and recalls and reminders through our website.
Teaching and training
FCD Health supports the education and training of the future health workforce. From time to time, a medical student, registrar or other supervised learner may be present during care.
Patients will be informed and their consent will be sought before a learner participates in a consultation. Choosing not to have a learner present will not affect the care provided.
